Customer Experience Advisor.
Harriette has been with TBG since its inception some 20 years ago. She has been there beside Marti through it all. Through the years, Harriette has learned what it takes to make clients feel that they are the only ones TBG has. Her attention to details regarding customer care is awesome!! That’s why her title is Customer Experience Advisor. When you call TBG and you speak to Harriette, you can tell you are in good hands.
When it comes to our conferences, we couldn’t possibly do them without Harriette. She doesn’t like to blow her own horn and she would rather stay in the background, but think of the Wizard in The Wizard of Oz when he says: “Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.” That’s her alright. She pulls levers and presses buttons to make your conference go without a hitch.
And speaking of Oz, Harriette has an adorable little terrier like Toto, who keeps her company in the office and would be happy to show off his Mommy behind the curtain. His name is Bosley
