Terry Balcom | Chief Operating Officer

Terry is the one guy at The Balcom Group and let’s be honest, one suave looking dude. Years of experience in government service to the United States Department of Defense prepared Terry with the knowledge and tools to create and refine processes and systems for TBG that have brought and kept us at the forefront of event management.

Lauren Bishop | Director, Attendee Relations and Experience

Lauren has been with The Balcom Group team since graduating with a degree in Marketing from the University of Maine in 2015. Since then she has moved into the role of our Director of Attendee Relations along with assisting her team with many behind the scenes projects to ensure smooth and successful events.

Donna Vaughn | Partner Experience Designer

Donna has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Starting her career in food and beverage operations, she worked her way into her true passion of catering and event services. Donna believes in providing exceptional client experiences with a human touch.  Her industry connections and eye for exceptional events has been the basis of her success in the hospitality industry.
